Criminal Law
The firm also deals with the criminal law sector with particular specialization in corporate crimes, criminal tax law and corporate social responsibility pursuant to Legislative Decree. 231/01.

Tax Law
The firm has extensive expertise in the tax field, with particular regard to commercial transactions. Our accountants work continuously with other departments of the firm in relation to acquisitions, reorganizations and other commercial transactions. The firm’s tax experience also includes consultancy on financial instruments and innovative financial products. Furthermore, the Firm assists many of its institutional clients as a tax consultant, providing advice on tax issues such as, for example, transfer pricing, tax credits, direct and indirect taxation, VAT, customs duties, tax residence, tax treaties, ownership and trust. An important sector is the development of comprehensive tax planning for domestic companies operating abroad and for foreign companies operating in Italy.
